Identity the network requires

The network in China only issues an eSIM to a named traveller. We pass these details to our supplier once, then delete them from our records as soon as your eSIM is issued, or within 30 days if it is not.

Before you pay: your phone must support eSIM and not be locked to a carrier. On iPhone: Settings, General, About, look for "Digital SIM" or "EID". On Android: dial *#06# and look for an EID.

The plan starts when the eSIM first connects at your destination. An eSIM that was not installed can be refunded within 30 days.
